For the most part, we collect personal information directly from you, such as when you create an account, purchase our Products, communicate with us, or submit your contact details to receive our newsletter.

The type of information we collect depends upon your engagement with us. We collect the information set out at Appendix A and Appendix B about you when you visit our Site and use our Products.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT COLLECT PAYMENT DETAILS, SUCH AS CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS ARE COLLECTED BY A THIRD PARTY PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER, AND SUBJECT TO THEIR PRIVACY POLICY.  

 

3. How we use personal information?

We use your personal information to:

Facilitate account creation and logon processes. If you choose to create an account, we use the information to facilitate account creation and logon processes. This makes subsequent purchases more smooth for you.

Provide, administer and manage our Products other services. We use your information to provide you with the requested Products, including to prepare, pack and delivery your order.

However, some of your personal information may be collected, used, processed, transferred and / or stored outside your country of residence and subject to laws of that jurisdiction, including: United States of America.  You expressly acknowledge and consent to the abovementioned data activities outside of your country of residence.

 

10.  A word about minors

Our Site and our Products are not intended for individuals under the legal drinking age of their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under the legal drinking age, do not use or provide any information on this Site or make any purchases. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a minor, without verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will delete that information.

However, we may still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, and sale of Products.
